Cody DeMoss has riding broncs in his blood, as his dad was a two-time National High School Bareback Champion. In 1999, Cody won the National Little Britches Association's Saddle Bronc World Championship. In 2002, he finished 2nd at the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association Finals. Cody and wife, Margie, both competed in college rodeo at Northeast Texas Community College in Mt. Pleasant, Texas. Cody has strong ties with Priefert that make him a great fit for wearing our name.

Since joining the PRCA in 2000, Cody DeMoss has qualified for the Wrangler National Finals 10 times and earned over $1.7 million in Saddle Bronc competition. As of June 2015, "Hot Sauce" DeMoss is currently leading the world standings! Cody has won the NFR average title in 2012

Due to an injury that occurred during the finals, Cody had to miss six rounds of competition at the 2011 NFR. After a short recovery time, Cody was back to his winning ways - winning the 2012 titles at the National Western Stock Show and Rodeo and Reno among others. "Hot Sauce" has won every major rodeo including: Denver, Ft. Worth, Houston, Calgary, Cheyenne, Dodge City, Ellensburg, Pendleton, Reno and many more! With a history of using Priefert Rodeo & Ranch Equipment, and a well-earned reputation as a fierce competitor, Priefert is proud to have this Louisiana cowboy wearing our name.
